We love our products and hope you will, too. But we know some things happen. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we can process a return, refund, or exchange according to the policies outlined below. Please read carefully before initiating any outreach. 

RETURNS

Returns on full-priced items can be made within 30 days. Items must be unused and in their original condition. Your product(s) must be placed in the original protective packaging and reach us within 30 days of the initial shipping delivery date. Clearance and discounted items, including items marked as "final sale" or "all sales are final," may not be returned or exchanged. Gift Cards and E-Gift Cards cannot be returned or redeemed for cash.

Please contact Customer Service at support@lavadabags.com to begin the return process. Include your order number and reason for the return.

REFUNDS

If your item qualifies for a return (according to the return policy above), our team will complete an inspection and approval process as quickly as possible, typically within 7 days. We will then issue a refund for qualified returns. The processing times for the refund will vary based on the payment method.

CREDIT CARDS

Within 7 business days of the return acceptance confirmation email, our bank will reimburse you. It may take slightly longer to see the credit restored to your account, as processing times depend on the Credit Card Issuer.

EXCHANGES

If you wish to change the style and/or color of an item you purchased, you can do so at no additional cost within 30 days of the delivery date.

Please contact Customer Service at support@lavadabags.com to begin the exchange process. Include your order number. Our team will guide you through the submission process, including helping you choose a replacement item.

Once we receive your returned item, you will receive an exchange acceptance confirmation email followed by a shipping confirmation email when the new package has been mailed.

You can exchange an item one time only.

Note: we are unable to offer exchanges on items of lesser value or higher value. Exchanges must be for items of the same price.
